SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Aveya. We currently ship orders within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders containing two or more Aveya alarms qualify for free tracked U.S. shipping. Any shipping charge for a single alarm will be displayed at checkout before payment.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear after a shipping label is created.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at aveya@info.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped. Aveya is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier.
  4. Email us at aveya@info.com if the package remains missing.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact aveya@info.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and product so we can review the issue.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that the shipment was lost, contact us so we can investigate.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, additional tracking information may be provided.
